My role is to develop and test entities related with the technical studies:

Following the purchase of the product (HR Access) by SOPRA, I've rejoined the Romanian team.
Due my long experience on the product my responsibility as a Consultant is to analyze customer requirements, write technical studies, develop new entities, test and deliver them.
Besides my experience on interfaces, employee file administration, time and activity, shell scripting, I'm improving my payroll skills.

As a member of the Support organization, my focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, I'm responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Sr. Support Engineer, I'll be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. I have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms.
I was the Team Leader of a team consisting of six persons. I was responsible for analyzing customer requirements and writing technical studies, allocating team members depending of their competences.
My role was also to follow the proper development and testing, and communicate any changes to the customer during the technical design. After the development and testing stages I took care of product delivery to client. My role was to communicate directly with the customer for a good collaboration.
As far as the development team expands, my responsibility was to integrate and guide the new team members.

1) CD organizer – application developed in Delphi 7, to organize my CD collection into 8 categories based on their content
2) Agenda Reminder – based on a personal calendar every time the system starts a popup was announcing the agenda for the current day
3) Audio Rename – a very complex application that was created for an automatic organization of the audio files in folders. Also between the many options existent in the application, I’ve included the MP3 TAG1 and TAG2 deletion
4) Sudoku solver – a very easy application to develop in order to solve any Sudoku Square
5) Windows policy Editor – an easy way to control the Ctrl+Alt+Del and Alt+Tab Windows shortcuts. This application was created to be used in manual virus cleaning. Some viruses deactivate this shortcuts to protect themselves from being stopped from Task Manager.

7) An application made ??to a customer on the gambling market, developed in order to efficiently organize all the necessary data. The application is linked to a SQL Server 2008 database over the Internet. This application runs successfully in production for about 1 year.
8) Hide Add Remove Programs - A useful application build to hide unwanted applications from Control Panel-> Add Remove Programs. The software provides two options: hide application and convert application to system.
9) Avoid Screen Saver - When using a computer linked to a domain, the administrator has the right to block some of the operating system features (like the time for the screen saver). This feature can be a very good tracking method for the effective user activity. Using this tool the screen saver will never start.
