Planning and execution of Testing activities
Responsible for the production of detailed test plans and test cases in the Online system.
Create detailed Functional (System, Integration and Regression) test plans, test cases and test cripts ensuring all requirements are included in scope
Execute the tests ensuring all results and defects are documented using the test methodology
Responsible for the production of all testing deliverables and execution of tests to agreed milestones and quality.
Identifies risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action to ensure requirements, quality and timelines are achieved
Uses the agreed Test Tools and Environments to produce all test deliverables, results and defects.
Identify and raise defects using the agreed methodology and tools
Liaise with the Test Team Lead to ensure planning and test coverage are correct
Ensures quality and accuracy of the test deliverables execution and results are maintained through to software release.
Technical Competency
Interacts with the test service team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and conformance criteria
Provide the status of the daily / cycle test plans and activities when required
Prepare test plans and test scripts to test each software component
Demonstrate the business condition under test along with the expected results and any deviations.
Prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
Use the Test Tools to deliver the tested components, platforms and applications to meet the test plan.
Deliver Functional an non-functional testing including System, Integration, Regression testing as well as data migration
