- Receiving and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and e-mail
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs, Printers and other devices
- Troubleshooting basic network issues
- Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
- Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset *** s, create groups etc.
- Office365, user administration and maintenanance
- Installing, configuring and maintenance of hardware and software equipment
- Administrating servers, PCs and other devices
- Provide solutions and offers for IT purchase (hardware and software)
- Zarafa Server knowledge (services, create contacts, groups, *** etc)
