BREXIT Client Migration - Project Manager – Revenue Services (May ’18 – Jun ’19) - Responsible for the coordination and for the delivery of the BREXIT client migration project in the Revenue Services division, from project initiation, execution to completion and lessons learnt. Managed 7 cross location teams to ensure client migration is done accurately and within the agreed timeframe. Developed the plan, the teams’ deliverables as well as the business case and tracked project performance to ensure successful completion of the short and long-term goals. Identified and managed risks as well as dependencies to ensure delivery is on time. Developed a migration runbook and a test plan for each team to follow. Created a list of controls for Revenue Services and was responsible for breaks management (a process the bank did not have before). Reported to top management on a regular basis (daily status updates on breaks, weekly Operating Committees and monthly Steering Committees). Responsible for the successful migration in the Revenue Services area of Brexit impacted clients. Project was ran in Agile Methodology 

Operations Transformation Program – Senior Business Analyst (Aug '17 – May ‘18) - Responsible for target state definition and requirements gathering for a new reconciliation tool. Developed a forecast for invoice processing based on target state FTE count. Created a F2B roles and responsibilities matrix. Responsible for project management duties (reporting to stakeholders and preparing all required project documentation  

Equities Markets: Booking Standardisation – Lead FO Business Analyst (Mar '15 - Mar '17) - Lead Front Office Business Analyst responsible for global F2B analysis of the current booking models for Non-Deliverable Forwards, FX Forwards and FX Spots across Global Equities. Worked in the front office with traders daily to understand how the trades are booked, the issues they have and the required workarounds to overcome them. Defined target state together with traders and captured their requirements for target state. Assisted development team with the new booking model implementation. Prepared and coordinated the user acceptance test of system and process changes, from the development of test cases, to resource assignment, to UAT environment setup. Coordinated testing and implementation. Documented project outcomes as well as lessons learnt and prepared training for traders. Project was ran in Agile Methodology 

 

Equities & FI Markets: Front to Back Trade Lifecycle Process Definition – Lead BA (Feb '14 – Jul '14) - Defined business and functional F2B use cases to cover all events. Worked in Agile environment, assisting teams to deconstruct use cases and create user stories. Worked as a Scrum Master and managed a team of 7 BA’s working in the Agile environment 

Equities & FI Markets: Cash Record System Definition – Business Analyst (Nov '13 – Mar '14) - Managed the requirements gathering process for the development of a Cash Record system including workshop facilitation, interviews and documentation of the BRD
