I'm working in IT since 23 years and I started as unix system administrator, DBA, technical support engineer, continue as network expert with expertise in CISCO devices and network management system including expertise in routing, switching, security, authentication, voip. 12 years ago I switched my career to the testing analist, test manager and integrator gaining lot of experience in testing management, several technical area integrated into a big system, containing communication, networking, microwave, tetra, software applications, surveillance with cameras and radars.
Now since 6-7 years, I change again the domain and jumping in the service support world as in service support manager.
All these years I worked also in pre-sales and technical bid support for several bids.
I have also experience in project management including time/resources estimation, workpackage management, WBS, PBS and SoW creation in my competence area, of course.
