Junior system engineer- September 2014- May 2015
My main activities were:
- Build servers from scratch
- Install Operating System on it(Ubuntu, Debian or Windows Server)
- Install and configure Cpanel
- Domain administration(create addon, subdomains)
- Create, delete, reset *** for Cpanel account, email addresses
- Manage load of the server, kill processes and *** *** access(when the were making bruteforce, the IP was blocked)
- Install Wordpress, Joomla from Cpanel
- Modify .htaccess file in order to *** the access on a specific file/folder
- Register domains at ROTLD
- Manage A, AAAA, NS, MX registrations
- Identify and solve issues about the domains hosted at us(domain does not answer at ping, domain can’t be accessed, blocked domain, remove IPs from different blacklists)

My main activities were:
- Reply on tickets opened by call center
- Call the person with the problem, try to find out what issue generate the problem and solve it. Most of the problems were solved by phone. When we were calling, we ask the user to tell us if he sees an error, what type of error was, if it is presented on all equipment’s. On two systems we had access, so we can see what the error was. Locally, we had a CRM system which contained some procedures to solve issues.
- Also here we made tests on our test platforms in order to reproduce the issue and communicate the results at the soft team, which solve the bug.
System engineer- October 2015- present
My main activities were:
- Install and configure servers
- Install equipment’s, put them on network and check if they communicate with the server
- Configure different equipment’s(IP, netmask, gateway), modify the config file in order to communicate with the server
- Create backups of servers and equipment’s using Acronis and restore them on our own platform.
- Reproduce bugs and escalate to the soft team
- Test the solved bugs and tell the customer about this
- Put updates on clients equipment’s
- Configure IPs for printers, print test pages
- Create test cases, procedures and documentation about new features developed by soft team
- Communicate with the clients about deadlines, order of update implementation
- Create new visual keyboards in our application and apply different changes(color of text, size, background image)
- Investigate issues reported by customers in log files, using dmesg
- Mount and unmount USB devices
