Support, Rollout and training for 3 clients: SOGEFI (production industry with discrete and repetitive orders), CHIESI (process industry) and SAFILO (production industry).
My activity in these support processes was to solve in minimum time all the issues and to change the behavior of system according with client request.
From 07.10.2012 - 28.02.2013 I was part of implementation team for CATERPILLAR client in Italy.
My first role in this project was to test and modify the customization of system, and second to make and sustain test cases with key *** .
My responsibility in this project was production execution and APO PP/DS
From 01.08.2010 - 30.09.2012 impementation at Rulmenti SA
I was involved in every steps of the implementation starting with processes design and ending with the responsibility of a good communication between all the modules implemented: PP, MM, SD, CO and FI. After customization I've created the teste cases for KU and every processes were adjusted to meet the current functionality of the industry
