To me, success means to have a goal, plan the steps to achieve the goal, implement the plan and finally achieve the goal.
I am an organized person who like to know exactly what I am going to do, so I outline my tasks and organize my work load by priority. I do this so I can produce the highest quality work in the amount of time I have.
Managing my time is one of my strong traits, I prioritize my tasks and this allows me to stay ahead of schedule.
? Training the hospital medical staff to properly use the Budget Manager application;
? Implementing, setting and supervising the proper functioning of the software;
? Verifying the BM application in order to supervise the functioning of the optimal parameters;
? Registering the daily activities of the clients in CRM application;
? Logging remotely to the client’s computer and help them solve software issues;
? Providing technical support for the clients requests;
? Analysing the reports generated by the application and modifying them according to clients’ requests;
? Analysing the problems signaled by the BM application and addressing the online or offline requests for each client;
? Filing the bugs of the application and supervising each stage of their clearing;
? Updating the information on the servers and on the work station of clients and creating the links between the SQL databases for the new version of the BM application.
