2014 – Oracle - Business Analyst

Customer Data Audit and Compliance Team, Oracle Responsibilities: Providing thorough and relevant support service and professional expertise to Finance Operations Community on Global Customer Data Management on Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC).

Coordinating one of the department’s maintenance projects, Managing its schedule, workflow and maintaining the quality requirements of the process. Provide essential information to the project manager and team throughout the project life cycle. 

 

Also since August 2014 until May 2015 I also helped with the coordination of the departments’ temporary team, offering them support on both day and night shifts and guidance regarding workflow and procedures.

2010 – Customer Service Representative – AOL Games - CGS Romania

Responsibilities: I was in charge of classifying and addressing the feedback from customers for Aol’s gaming platform and social sites. Reporting any type of abnormalities in the performance of AOL sites, creating statistics reports for the issues that customers had encountered while using the platforms. Troubleshooting on page performance issues, collaborated with engineering on various web, mobile and tablet application interfaces developed my level of accuracy in data processing.

 

Since 2011 I also offered assistance as a workflow specialist for one of the companies departments. Here I had to ensure that during the department's work hours a minim required of employees was covered.

 

2007 - Collection Officer – AOL - CGS Romania

Responsibilities: As a collection Officer I was in charge of contacting customers by phone and informing them about the debts that they had with the company, helping them in making payment arrangements and collecting the owed amounts, reviewed files, records and other documents to obtain information and respond to customer’s requests.
