My experience starts back in June 2006 with Banca Transilvania SA as my employer and with me being a Banking Officer. Among the most important tasks that I had in this position, I can mention:

• representing the Bank by receiving and sending the documents that form the banking circuit and offering assistance in selling banking products and services,
• creating and cancelling deposits,
• opening accounts,
• dealing with debit instruments,
• operating currency exchanges (non-cash),
• dealing with investment funds and Internet banking services,
• archiving documents,
• administrative tasks,
• offering information regarding the possibility of contracting a loan,
• presenting the bank’s services in various locations, mostly companies, but also hospitals, schools and other public institutions, communicating with work colleagues from all over Romania to solve the issues of customers that have accounts opened in other locations,
• dealing with ATM’s problems,
• verifying documentation from individuals and companies,
• monitoring reports related to people inserted in the Black List and others, that have a suspicious financial behaviour,
• signing contracts as the bank’s representative,
• contacting specific companies in order to open accounts for their employees,
• issuing credit and debit cards, re-issuing cards and lost *** s,
• blocking or cancelling accounts,
• inserting messages for other colleagues to see on various accounts,
• performing Western Union transfers,
• verifying the electronic board to show the accurate currency exchange rate,
• using the bank’s software platform and hardware,
• checking if companies had payment incidents in the past and acting accordingly,
• reporting everyting to the direct manager.

The financial crisis of 2007-2008 that strongly hit the US had started to make its mark in Europe, as well, and Romania was very much affected by it. Banks had to reduce their activity, closing some of their agencies, thus many employees were forced to find work in other fields.

So, after almost 4 years in the banking system, in March 2010, I have started my online working experience. My employer at the time was Queen Beta SRL from Constanta (March 2010 - December 2012) and my responsibilities were:

• content management of articles written in English, related to IT, software, hardware, published on 10 of the company's Websites,
• working with publishers so as to achieve a unique and high quality content,
• writing and editing articles using the company’s publishing platform,
• writing reviews about mobile and Web applications, based on the information provided by Web developers from around the world,
• writing short articles in Romanian as well, mostly for promoting various products,
• creating internal links between articles, by using the appropriate keywords,
• inserting HTML codes for advertising,
• working with Microsoft Word, company’s software, WordPress, Google Excel spreadsheets and Web applications,
• frequent backup of the database,
• translating articles (Romanian-English, English-Romanian),
• populating Website pages with images, after editing them using the same publishing platform
• daily monitoring of the Website pages,
• answering to comments made on sites,
• creating specific categories for each Website, updating articles in accordance with the editorial policy of the company and
• reporting achievements directly to the project manager.

When the company changed its object of activity, I continued my work as a freelance Copywriter for a number of foreign clients. Thus, from June 2013 to May 2015, my main task was writing advertorials in English to promote companies, products, services, events, and people. I very much enjoyed this position, as it gave me the freedom to *** the projects that were truly the most suitable to me, and also the posibility of learning about new things each day.

In May 2015, I was hired by a local Company in a full-time position, thing that did not allow me to practice my freelance job anymore. Due to a serious lack of personal time and rest and also to the love for writing, I have decided to return to what I had previously done and resigned from my position in September 2017.

I would very much appreciate collaborating with companies and people for which competence, professionalism, and loialty are still considered values.
