Responsible for the full recruitment life circle mainly for IT projects but also for non-IT and middle and upper management positions.
- Drive use of web methods to achieve best practice (Facebook, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc);
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: research, active search, cold calling, interviews, financial offers, placement;
- Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance ;
- Ensuring constant know-how transfer towards team members;
- Planning and developing strategies in order to deliver the established results according to the client needs;
- Liaise with hiring managers and account managers for developing and implementing the most efficient recruitment plans and strategies;
