QA Software Engineer

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Working in a highly international environment with a great degree of independence and responsibility.

- Onsite support for Reelz TV - New York.

- Onsite support for FOX US – Los Angeles

- Onsite meetings with STAR TV customer - Israel

- Focal point for STAR TV

- Handling Service Pack’s deliveries

- Setting meetings with the customer

- Analyzing issues submitted by the client and offering solutions for top quality products

  - Assuring technical assistance for customers

- Implementing client’s requirements and needs through life cycle tools

- Build testing and quality assurance

- Defect identification.

- Defects reporting.

- Defects management.

- Client assistance by providing detailed application presentations on specific functionalities

- Coordinating with the development department (located both on-site and offshore) during the testing process.

- Run different test types: functional testing, regression testing, black box testing, end to end testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, negative testing, usability testing, acceptance testing, system testing.

- Building professional relationships with customers

- Working with JIRA

- Experience in Agile - Scrum
