As an AR responsible for Serbian market in an oil company, as well as full time participant in AP-AR Quality and Stability project, I learnt very fast the processes of balance confirmation, dunning report, accrual posting and reporting, penalty invoicing, payment allocation, bad debt reporting, invoicing, insurance allocation, AP/AR compensation. I was also very active in volunteering campaigns organized by the company accross all towers. 

For 4 years I was involved in OTC activities for an automotive company, expert in factoring services for French market, and higher financial issue resolution support for pharma company in Ireland.

Three years before that I was responsible for order processing and financial documentation prior and post delivery for partners in English and French speaking African regions for repairs in/out of warranty in an IT software and hardware company.
