What to Expect as a Level 2 Support Engineer at Ignite
Ignite is looking for a Level 2 that is ready to utilize their experience in a comprehensive and multidimensional services role. Responsibilities will include leveraging your Perl and SQL skills as Global Services subject matter expert to develop and support content for use on customer systems. You will also take ownership of the process of identifying dependencies and performing code reviews, helping us to maintain Ignite’ standard of excellence throughout the process.
Qualifications for this Opportunity
If you want to work with the best, you have to be the best. A successful Level 2 Technical Implementation Consultant at Ignite will have 3-7 years’ experience, and be able to demonstrate expertise, in the following qualifications:
Knowledge of the following skills and technologies is mandatory:
- Linux System Administration – Red Hat & Centos
- Programming - Perl/SQL
- Databases - PostgreSQL
- Code analysis and debugging skills
- A ruthless commitment to investigating escalated issues
- Extensive problem solving skills
- An ability to communicate clearly regarding complex issues (in English)
